Joe Fresh is one of my favourite brands, the clothing is right on trend and at an amazing price point. I am thrilled to be partnering with Joe Fresh for a few outfit posts, starting with today! This mustard safari jacket is so versatile and the colour is perfect for Fall. Mustard is almost a neutral in my closet because it pairs well with so many colours! These distressed jeans are the perfect wash and as always Joe Fresh jeans are so comfortable. The jeans and jacket together are around $120 which is my mind is a total steal.

Try This Tuesday Quo Fall Relase

Finding a great drugstore brand is like finding hidden treasure. The choices are overwhelming and sometimes the quality isn't even close to worth the price. I find I am in Shoppers Drug Mart at least once a week because there is one right across the street from the school I teach at. I have always noticed the Quo brand, but never tried it-until now. Why oh why, did I wait this long? The four products you can see below are all part of the Quo fall release and I am obsessed. 

The Fall 2015 collection by Quo offers a duo brow wow, an eye shadow and liner palette (in sweet or aubergine), a face palette (in adorn or escape) and lip crayon in four colours. The best part is that each item is under $20 (yes even the eye palette). The lip crayon in the picture below is a red/purple tone and I was shocked by how much I love it. The colour stays on longer than I expect as the crayon sort of stained my lips.

The eye shadow and liner palette includes twelve shadows and four liners. The shadow colours in the Sweet palette are easy to use, blend well, and are the perfect neutral tones. The liners are best applied with a liner brush, I like to wet mine a bit first. The colour choices are gorgeous and last all day. For $18 this is a must have buy!

The face palette contains a bronzer, blush and highlighter. This palette is the Escape and I would love to try the colours in Adorn as I think I may love them even more. The colours blend nicely and this palette would be be great for someone with lighter skin.

The packaging is some of the nicest I have come across. The mosaic tile effect is stunning.  Let's review the Quo Collection.

Loft Fall Collection

It finally is feeling more like Fall here and this dress today really channels the '70's vibe. This season everything seems to be boho chic in gold,mustard, and red tones. This Loft dress has it all, the floral print is stunning and the short sleeves make it work appropriate. I paired this dress with a faux-leather jacket from James and Co. James and Co. is an online boutique specializing in faux leather products and this jacket is perfection. It is lined with fleece on the inside so I know this will be a go-to when the weather does get even cooler. 

The Ten Spot Style Bar

Do you ever wish you could get your hair done after work for a night out? Or maybe before work for a meeting? The Ten Spot Style Bar in The Bay on Queen Street West in Toronto offers a 20 minute hair makeover. For $25 you can choose from one of many hairstyle options. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done at The Ten Spot Style Bar and I loved every minute of it. My stylist Tiffany was fantastic. I chose the half up/half down 'do' and I was thrilled with the results. Take a look at The Ten Spot Style Bar in the pics below.

It's a rare occasion that I find a skincare line that I love and since I started blogging I have found a few gems in the skincare market.  As you know, I never blog about a product unless I personally use it myself. Refresh Botanicals is an all natural organic skincare line, free from parabens, artificial fragrances, and gluten.  The entire skincare line offers an all encompassing skincare routine that is sure to improve the look of your skin.

In the Refresh Botanicals line you will find a foaming cleanser, toner, daily moisturizer, intensive serum, night-time restore complex, eye and makeup remover, and a B.B. cream.

I am in love with the facial cleanser, first off, I love the smell. The cleanser is quite gentle, with no exfoliating beads. I find that since my skin still gets break-outs, this cleanser is perfect to help ensure that my skin is getting the care that it needs. The toner goes hand in hand with the cleanser and is also gentle on the skin. The toner does not 'sting' the skin, yet it leaves my skin feeling tighter. My favourite product is the makeup remover. After using the Refresh Botanicals makeup remover my skin did not feel like it was dry, and my makeup came off easily (and I use some heavy duty mascara and eye liner).

The intensive serum and night time complex, helped to make my skin look refreshed in the morning. I found that the serum was my go-to during those humid days. Now that the weather has changed I will be using both products at night-time.

The moisturizer is light on the skin, and I found that I did need to use extra product. The product soaked up quickly on my skin. The moisturizer smells amazing and overall I was very satisfied with it.

The Refresh Botanicals line is a great option if you are looking for a product that is going to be gentle on your skin. I noticed that my skin responded well by appearing more even and dew-y. The entire line is only $120 which is a total steal if you know what other skincare lines are charging. If you are wanting to choose a few products to start, definitely the facial cleanser, makeup remover, and intensive serum are must-haves!
